Eashwari

In the Arasur area of Erode district, Easwari was living in a state of extreme stress and isolation, keeping everyone at a distance and struggling to engage with the world around her.

Atchayam Trust volunteers spent hours patiently supporting her, gradually earning her trust. She was brought to our Home, where she received daily care, personalized guidance, and opportunities to participate in engaging activities. Over time, through consistent support, participation in celebrations, skill-based activities, and meaningful community interactions, Easwari gradually regained confidence, developed a sense of routine, and became more active and self-assured.

Through our social media outreach, we successfully connected her with her family and facilitated her return to her hometown in Dindigul. Today, she runs a small-scale vegetable farming enterprise, growing pumpkin, bitter gourd, and lady’s finger, using the income to support her children’s education and maintain a stable livelihood. She continues to engage in daily routines and community activities, embracing a life of purpose, independence, and optimism.
